Hello Everyone,
I’m subletting my room for 17 days, from Friday 22 May (10am) until Monday 8 June (10 am).
The room features a large double bed, plenty of storage, and its own private terrace.
The house has all the charm of a Heritage-style property and has been recently renovated. It is ideally located in the heart of Surry Hills, just a 4-minute walk from Central Station. It is very well connected with access to trains, light rail, and multiple bus lines.
Surry Hills is a fantastic neighbourhood for anyone who enjoys cafés, brunch spots, and great restaurants.
There are two bathrooms for four bedrooms, so there is never any waiting to use the shower.
The house is fully equipped with all amenities: a complete kitchen with everything you need to cook, a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher.
The price for the 17 days is $ 1.500, payable upon key handover (ideally the evening before, on Thursday 21 May).
