We're looking for someone (ideally a single person) for this beautiful, super bright room. The bathroom would also be exclusively yours, it's large and made of marble. You would be living with just the two of us.
Water and internet are included in the
price, but electricity is not, as it varies depending on the month.
The room comes with a huge wardrobe, and the apartment has ducted heating for winter and air conditioning for summer.
We're literally 3 minutes from Hyde Park
Sydney (CBD), and the area has a great vibe.
We're honestly in love with this place. The building also has a gym and spa.
