Hi there! We looking for a new flatmate to join our home in the heart of Surry Hills. We live in a spacious 4-bedroom house that feels like a little sanctuary in the middle of everything—we’re within walking distance to all the best shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants, Central station and bus stop.

We’re a group of busy young professionals who are very respectful of each other's space and schedules, but we’re also always up for a good chat, a laugh, or a relaxing evening in the backyard on on the couch. The house has plenty of room to spread out with a big kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, and a great backyard for relaxing.

A big plus is that we keep things easy with a cleaner who comes in every fortnight to look after the bathrooms and common areas. Plus, there’s street parking available. If you’re looking for a respectful, friendly, and well-maintained home, I’d love to hear from you!
