Spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in a prime Surry Hills location.

The available room is the master bedroom, with plenty of storage space and its own private balcony, plus air conditioning and heating.

The apartment has high ceilings, plenty of natural light, a large separate living area, spacious kitchen/dining area and a shared bathroom with bathtub. There are two balconies in total, giving the apartment a nice open feel.

The common areas are already furnished and set up, so it’s an easy place to move into and make home.

You’ll only be sharing the apartment with me as the one other person.

There’s Aldi and Woolies nearby for groceries, and a bus stop out front for transport into the city. It’s also a ten minute walk downhill to Central.
