Home Description
Description of the home
It's a clean and spacious second floor apartment, fully furnished, in a very secure apartment complex in Surry Hills.
A big living space and kitchen opens on to a balcony, with the 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms upstairs. There are floorboards in the living area and carpet in the bedrooms. The apartment was built in the 90's so is a bit worn but it's airy and light. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly.
There is scope for use of the secure car park. Happy to discuss.
The apartment is within easy walking distance of Crown Street, Oxford Street, Moore Park, Centennial Park and Dank Street shops. The city (Town Hall) is about 25min walk. Buses go almost anywhere from near here. The light rail is close by. Central train station is 17mins walk.

I am self-employed and working from home sometimes.
I'm a fairly active and social person so am generally at the gym, at the pub, away traveling or out exploring when not working.
I'd prefer someone that is interested in the world, has a sense of humour, knows how to avoid making loud noises when coming home late drunk, can clean up after themselves, and respects my space, opinions and possessions, as I will yours.
I'm a pretty independent person so don't expect to be doing too many social things with my flatmate, but it would be great if we got along well to become friends.
I'm open to short term arrangements with scope to go long term, or perhaps a long-distance commuter who needs a bed in central Sydney a few nights a week on a semi-permanent basis.
