The room is about 3m x 5m with a window facing west.
It's a Koala mattress = super comfy. I can provide some bedding.
There is no air-conditioning, but I have a pedestal fan, bar heater and small heater available for use.

It's a clean and spacious second floor apartment, fully furnished, in a very secure apartment complex in Surry Hills.

A big living space and kitchen opens on to a balcony, with the 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms upstairs. There are floorboards in the living area and carpet in the bedrooms. The apartment was built in the 90's so is a bit worn but it's airy and light. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly.

There is scope for use of the secure car park. Happy to discuss.

The apartment is within easy walking distance of Crown Street, Oxford Street, Moore Park, Centennial Park and Dank Street shops. The city (Town Hall) is about 25min walk. Buses go almost anywhere from near here. The light rail is close by. Central train station is 17mins walk.
