My partner Tim, our friendly cat Frida, Puppy Lulo, and I are looking for a housemate! We have a room available in our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom townhouse in Sydenham (<5 min walk to station). We both work full time. The room is furnished but no problem if you have your own stuff. Weekly rent would be $290 including wifi, bills and most household stuff. Move in date can be. We are 30 and 31 years old. I (Jose) am a social worker and work for a not for profit organisation and Tim is a PhD student and research assistant in biology at UNSW. We are both pretty relaxed people and enjoy a mix of hanging out at home and going out.
Compatible people
We’re looking for someone who is clean/tidy, friendly but also has their own life, and animal friendly - we don’t expect help caring for Lulo and Frida, but someone who likes them.
Description of pets
Lulo is a 7 month old whippet cross. He’s still a puppy, so has his crazy moments, but sleeps more often than not. Frida is a 6 year old cat, occasionally affectionate but pretty independent.
