The apartment is fully furnished for most things.
Transport - Minutes walk to Townhall Station/Gadigal Station (Metro), buses, Coles/Woolworths supermarkets, Daiso/Asian Supermarkets. Cafes, restaurants, post office, shops are only minutes to walk to. World Square, QVB, Darling Harbour, China Town, UTS, Syd. Uni not too far away either. This is a fantastic place in the heart of Sydney CBD! (Down Townhall End). Place also has 24 hr security, gym, indoor heated pool, spa, sauna too!

I also like walking, nature, (Botanical Gardens), (Taronga Zoo), pickleball, movies, theatre, travel, catching up with friends/family, pets (although we can't have any pets in this apartment) so it is usually seeing my sister's pets when I go to visit her.
Suitable for students or workers. (Not suitable for corporate work from home though). If you need a place in the Sydney CBD that is close to your work e.g. you might work evenings then this place is mins walk to most places in the Sydney CBD or is next to Train Stations (Town hall & Gadigal), trams, bus stops too so it is easy to come and go.
Am looking for someone who likes a quiet space to do their own thing whether it be study, research on computer etc. relax or just use the place as a base in between their study and jobs. I spend quite alot of time working but also like to have a chat every now and then with my flatmate too, if that suits you.
