The house is large 4 bedroom home, large kitchen, living room and separate TV/media room. The backyard is also quite large, with access to a separate large garage which has been converted into a rumpus room or studio, which doesn't get used. There is a back deck with table and chairs which is great to relax or work from.
Bedroom cones with basic furnishings but very welcome to add your own touches or replace out any furniture.
I have a very friendly dog who loves new people and great companion. Pets are welcome.
Internet, bills, including water and power is included in rent. Main shops including Woolworths, cafe and Tahmoor Train Station is 900 meters away.
There is a large bathroom, with separate bath. There is a wood fire, but also air conditioner (cooling and heating).
