We are looking for someone to fill the master bedroom in our lovely townhouse in Tamarama!
Singles - $650, Couples - $800
The move in date will be around the 18th October.
We are situated on Fletcher-street, a 3-minute walk down to Tamarama Beach, 5-minute walk to Bondi Beach and a 2-minute walk from Bondi Road (behind Totti's).
The bedroom is large with a lot of natural light and a nice view of the ocean. It also has built in wardrooms with plenty of space. The pictured furniture is optional and is only 2 months old.
The house was renovated a couple of years ago so is modern, clean and very spacious. It’s a two-floor townhouse, with a bathroom on each level, so you’ll be sharing one on the first floor with Sal, but you'll have your own sink (see pic!).
The kitchen is open-plan with a balcony with sea-views and a large BBQ!

I work as a mortgage broker in North Sydney, so tend to be in the office at least 3 days per week. I’m also a painter, so have a little studio in the garage, but there is plenty of space if you need to store anything!
Sal is a photographer and actress.
We both enjoy the beach, fitness, spending time outdoors and a glass of red wine at the end of the week.
We’re easy-going and respectful and like having a clean and tidy place to come back to after work.
