This is a great place in a quiet part of Tamarama.

Our location has an amazing position that takes in the view of the ocean from the back of the house and has a very peaceful vibe.

We are less than 5 mins walk to Bondi Beach and a few minutes from Bondi road.

The apartment is a large, quiet, older style Bondi apartment on the top floor, getting sea breezes through it's two balconies and surrounded by trees in a private setting. We're in a small security block of four units where all the residents know each other. The place has 2 large balconies, an ocean view from one balcony, 2 bathrooms (one is in your room), floorboards in all rooms, an internal laundry and on-street parking, which is unlimited if you park on the adjacent street or towards Bronte.

There's a communal back yard, small front yard, and even some additional storage in a hidden attic.

About occupants
David...I'm a non smoker, easy going, clean and tidy. I water all the plants, take out the compost, cook and am mostly up for a chat now and again and maybe even a swim or yoga. Work Monday-Friday and work from home one day a week.

T lives here as well, He works full time, goes to the gym, plays sport and is out a lot. He's also a non smoker and is considerate and quiet. Works M-F but works from home one day a week.
Compatible people
We are looking for someone good at being a flatmate in a communal home (considerate, flexible in their approach when needed and responsible) and maintaining the harmony in the house (ie. empty the bin if it needs it, clean up after yourself etc). We are not a party zone, relaxed socials are great however.

Looking for a single person and a non smoker. Our house is into recycling and we also have a compost that we like to use and that we share with the other three homes here. Travellers or international visitors are welcome.

As this space is not furnished, you will need to bring your own bedroom stuff. We don't really have a lot of room for other furniture, but we can store some stuff if you need that too. Can possibly help you too to get stuff if you need furniture.

This place is pretty relaxed and chilled and is a great place to regroup or heal yourself.
