You'll be living with a couple, Cameron and Celine.

The House:

Fully furnished Federation Cottage in Tempe.
The house has been recently extensive renovated throughout and features:
- Brand fully equipped new kitchen (including a huge 5 hob electric induction oven, dishwasher with heaps of storage).
- Open living area with a bar and fire place (perfect for these colder winter nights).
- Second lounge room with a floor to ceiling bookcase fully equipped with an in-house library, board/card games, TV and hi-fi system.
- Shared bathroom
- Outdoor Deck with BBQ leading onto a lush backyard with veggie garden.
- External enclosed laundry with washing machine, fridge, toilet and dryer.
- Large attic space for all your storage needs.
- Plenty of On Street Parking

The house is well located and close to:
- Tempe (10 min walk) & Wolli Creek Station (15-20 min walk)
- Wolli Creek Shops (Including Woolworths, ALDI and a wide selection of restaurants)
- IKEA (for all your furnishing needs).
- Tempe Parklands (walking trails, waterfront pathways, sports fields) at the end of the street.
