The house is really large, has two bathrooms ( a must!), a courtyard and veranda (for people watching). I live with a doggo who is a young and beautiful Kelpie boi, he doesn’t bark and he loves cuddles. Being a dog lover is a must.
The house is an old Victorian style house with archways, wooden floors, and really high ceilings. I have a granny flat that is occupied occasionally. This is a very creative and lively household so would suit someone who is social and loves good banter in the kitchen (although the courtyard is so much nicer).

Darcy (like Mr. Darcy), is a Kelpie boy who is just over a year old. He’s very smart and if you think he’s not getting it, believe me, he gets it, he just chooses his moments. He doesn’t chew on your stuff, he doesn’t bark in the house, and he knows very cool tricks. The only thing he’ll ever want from you is a cuddle.
