Stunning 4 bedroom house, right on the water in Tennyson Point with access all the way down to a private beach area - specifically seeking an experienced individual to assist with daily live-in care who is a nurse/carer for no rent (previously $450 per week).
The house is rented and includes a high care disabled family member, who suffered a major stroke, with significant communication and mobility challenges. It also includes a professional couple and 10 month old baby.
There is also a pool, accessible downstairs.

Bills and expenses

I am a 42 year old professional - clean, social, love entertaining, value respect for others and cleanliness returning to work part time. I would like to set up a situation where rent is complimentary with the potential to pay for additional services outside of agreed hours on the basis of high care nursing assistance for my mother ( flexible in scope and timing - to be discussed based on what is most suitable) but primarily requiring approx. 2 hours in the morning to do routine of shower, bowel care, breakfast, medication, etc then 1 hour in the evening for toilet, dress, transfer to bed.
I lead a fairly busy lifestyle with a heavy workload and new baby, and appreciate the ability to have some time to stop and relax. Unfortunately caring for my mum and daughter concurrently is now too much for me, alongside returning to work.
Mv - The other person living in the home is requiring a high level of care and assistance. She is a 81 year old female who suffered a stroke 5 years ago.
Whilst communication and mobility are major challenges and manual handling assistance will be required, she is full of life and enjoys shared meals, activities, fashion and social contact.
GF - My fiancé is 40 years old and runs his own business. He works from his office on most midweek days and appreciates a flatmate/carer who is able to primarily keep to themselves. He is extremely capable and maintains the pool as well as is usually able to fix anything that needs it,

I am looking for a professional registered nurse (or student/international nurse) or a carer who is open to an alternative living arrangement. Someone who is able to assist with manual handling and transfers, daily morning care (7:30 - 9:30am as an ideal option), and evening care (7-8pm as an ideal time) including toileting, etc with the ability to still continue other work/study, etc if relevant.
Dependent on the level of assistance, I am open to considering different options with potential for payment. There is also the possibility for potential domestic and international travel paid for in exchange for a high level of care while away.
The other key request would be the potential ability to stay at home in a babysitter role in for occasional evenings, after 7pm with the baby at home dates can be flexible. Plan B assistance in rare circumstances and being the primary carer for any holidays in a shared room.
