Whether you prefer a furnished or unfurnished bedroom, we can accommodate you with a comfortable bed with an innerspring mattress, desk, chair, and wardrobe. The house is located in a quiet street facing a beautiful park, yet it's only a short walk to the T-way bus lane and a 5-minute drive to Rouse Hill shopping centre. Additionally, Schofields, Rouse Hill, and Kellyville train stations are just a 5-minute drive away.

Amenities such as a washing machine, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery are available for your use. The internal laundry comes equipped with a washing machine. The rental price includes reasonable use of water, electricity, internet, and gas.

No smoking or parties are allowed in the house. We will do our best to ensure your stay is enjoyable, and we kindly ask that you reciprocate the same courtesy. The house boasts a big backyard and faces a beautiful park.
