Large and spatious split-level apartment right across from Broadway shops (3 minute walk).
I own the apartment so I have made it my home, but would love to share the place with someone.
You will have your own space, plus all the communal areas. The view from the balcony is great, with views of Sydney Tower and CBD.
A walk to everything in Ultimo, Glebe, Pyrmont, Chippendale, The Fish Markets, Darling Harbour, Central, Surry Hills, Redfern, Newtown, Haymarket, CBD, Sydney Uni, UTS.
Buses are a 5 minute walk from the front door and go in any direction from Broadway. City, Inner West, Beaches, Eastern Suburbs.
The house is split into 2 levels, with my bedroom being on the top entry level and the rest on the bottom level, including your bedroom, a living space, balcony and a bathroom. Just outside my area is a shared laundry.
Parking is currently taken, though there is street parking nearby.

I cook during the week but love to chase shit food on the weekend. I'm fairly active and spend most of my spare time playing sport or being outdoors and with mates. I'm at work 7:30-5 during the weeks and Saturday mornings for half the year but am definitely a "work to live" kind of guy.
I love attempting to play music, seeing bands play and will have music on alot of the time.
Most nights i'll either do a bit of work, watch some sport or play something online with mates, but love a bit of company otherwise!. Keen to have a new mate along for the ride!
