Description of the home
The apartment is really roomy and has lots of natural light. It also has a massive balcony which is lovely to eat brekkie or dinner at in the warmer months. Because the apartment is roomy, it is very easy to find a quiet space when you need.
There is also a spare room/WFH space that we could share. I usually work in the office 3-4 days a week, and from home the other days.
The apartment is furnished, but the room that is availalbe is not. The apartment comes with undercover, secure parking. The building is located close to Exhibition Centre lightrail station and a 10 minute walk to Central Station. Coles and Woolworths are both in walking distance with Broadway shopping centre a 5 minute drive.

Bills and expenses
The rent for the apartment and the bills are split evenly between the number of people living in the apartment.
Rent = $1250/week
Wifi - $85/month
Electricity - $300/quarter (on average)
Gas - $250/quarter (on average)
Cleaner - $100 a fortnight
