The bedroom available is the master bedroom (see floorplan) and has two built in wardrobes so there is heaps of storage. It has an ensuite bathroom (see pics) with a toilet and shower that would be just for you. There are two other bathrooms in the apartment. The room opens directly onto the balcony and gets heaps of natural light in the morning. In case that's not for you, there are blockout curtrains.
You would be sharing the appartment with one other flatmate (me). There is also a spare room/wfh space that we could share.

The apartment is really roomy and has lots of natural light. It also has a massive balcony which is lovely to eat brekkie or dinner at in the warmer months. Because the apartment is roomy, it is very easy to find a quiet space when you need.
There is also a spare room/WFH space that we could share. I usually work in the office 3-4 days a week, and from home the other days.
The apartment is furnished, but the room that is availalbe is not. The apartment comes with undercover, secure parking. The building is located close to Exhibition Centre lightrail station and a 10 minute walk to Central Station. Coles and Woolworths are both in walking distance with Broadway shopping centre a 5 minute drive.
