Looking for my next female roomie!

I have a stunning bedroom in my 2-bedroom apartment located in Diamond Bay Reserve (Vaucluse/Dover Heights area, see picture) available from the 22nd of June.

Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated, it is bright and sunny and in the best location for an Eastern Suburbs summer! Super close to Rose Bay and Watson’s Bay and all the beautiful coastal walks (in my opinion, dream location)! The bedroom comes unfurnished, but the apartment has everything else you need already in it.

Rent is $425/week (including unlimited internet but excluding other bills which are very affordable) paid fortnightly. I am hoping to find another female professional to join me for the foreseeable future- someone clean and tidy and to have the occasional games and dinner night with! Will require 2 weeks bond and hopefully a commitment of 6 months (but can be flexible for the right person).

A little bit about me: I am 28 years old and a social scientist specialising in mental health research and policy. I love crystals (the place is filled with them!), board games and watching tv shows/movies. I also love reading and have an amazing collection of books (a bit of a nerd if you couldn’t already tell)! Whilst I love spending time with my roomie, I do like to spend time on my own and appreciate space and boundaries. I am pretty easy going, love my nights in and occasionally having friends over/dinner parties.
