Description of the home

We have a lovely townhouse in Wahroonga with comfortable living area,
Electricity is included in the rent.
We are close to transport (bus at front & 10 min. walk to either Wahroonga or Waitara stations) & shops.
Westfield, Hornsby is a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk away.

There is an indoor heated pool, spa & sauna within the complex & it is always immaculately cleaned.
Off-street parking is also available.

We smoke outside & prefer to have a person who also smokes outside, so non-smokers Please Do Not Apply unless you’re prepared to accept it’s not a completely smoke free environment.

I am happy to FaceTime with you first & show you around the room. If you like what you see A Screenshot of your driver's licence or passport is Essential before giving you our address.

Unfortunately, there are some people, on here, who are scammers so Please understand that we are 2 females & need to be very careful of whom we share our home with.

Preference is given to people who are employed full time & not on Centrelink.😊

The rent we are charging is $390 weekly for a single person & $420 for a couple which includes Electricity & Internet.
