My hubby is 65 retired also into travelling, gardening, and pottering around the house, Male resident in room 4 is 30ish, studying and keeps to himself. Female resident 30ish, in room 5 works fulltime, active, keeps to herself. Male resident in Room 6 is 30ish in flexible work arrangement, keeps to himself. We all love to have a laugh and chat, but also respect each others space.
