East facing bedroom with a view, easily fits a queen size bed(pic with queen size bed added in profile as an example) or possibly a king. It’s in a quiet area of the 3 bdrm apt and is separated from the living area and kitchen by a hallway. Apt layout pic attached.

Currently there is no bed, there is a sofa bed in storage that can be used. Can organise a bed if you decide to stay on a more permanent basis.

The bathroom is primarily yours, except my easygoing dad stays on a 3month rotation between here and Nz.
