I have a fully furnished spare bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment, available for short term rental.
The apartment is located in Waterloo, Sydney. There are several bus stops in the area that take you directly to the city and surrounding suburbs.
The apartment is located in a secure building. You will have your own (guest) bathroom which is adjacent to the bedroom. The apartment is north-facing and drenched in sunlight which allows me to grow a lot of indoor plants. There is an open-plan kitchen / dining / lounge room with a 3-seater sofa and an armchair.
