The apartment is a cozy 2-bedroom space with uncovered off-street parking. There's one bedroom available, a medium-sized room with a double bed and all the necessary furniture. Rent is $350 per week, including bills, and it's available from May 31, 2024, for at least one week.
We split bills 50/50, and as for food arrangements, I'm happy to be flexible. We can either do combined grocery shopping or shop individually for ourselves, whichever works best for you. The apartment is fully furnished, and I welcome all pets and animals. I currently have two fish and a snake, so your furry or scaly friends would be more than welcome. The apartment also boasts features like a shared bathroom, which would be between you and me, good views, and electronic security. Plus, it's perfectly situated for easy access to the new Waterloo Metro and Redfern train station, making commuting a breeze.
