The apartment is a north (lounge room) & south facing split level 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobe and small balconies. The apartment is located around the corner from Coles & Aldi. We are surrounded by parks and green space and buses 2 min walk that go straight to the city. Tenants also have access to 3 indoor pools, a gym and a sauna. Parking is available for rent through the building management.

Description of pets
Teddy is a an almost 4 year old Keeshond (Dutch Barge dog). His temperament is very sweet sometimes timid. Can be a little aloof at times (not overly affectionate as say an oodle) but loves a little cheese treat (then he is your best friend!). He is a hypoallergenic, non-shedding breed hence why mummy has to spend lots and lots of money every month at the groomer!
