The bedroom is on a separate level from mine, so it’s very private. The apartment also has solid walls and floors, which helps with noise.
The room has two windows, so it gets plenty of natural light and a great breeze. It comes furnished with a queen bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers in the wardrobe, a small TV unit and TV, and a chair. There’s also an optional small desk and office chair if you’d like them.
There’s plenty of wardrobe storage, and we also have a small storage cage if needed.
Ideally, I’m looking for someone who’d like to stay for the full 12-month lease and help keep the place feeling like home.

The apartment is in a really convenient spot for getting around Sydney. Waterloo Metro is only about a 2-minute walk away, and Green Square and Redfern stations are both around a 10-minute walk.
There are plenty of restaurants, gyms, parks and everyday essentials nearby, and the area is changing quite a bit at the moment with a lot of redevelopment underway.

Frankie is an 8-year-old Mini Schnauzer. She’s toilet trained, very well behaved and doesn’t shed. She’s also not much of a barker.
She’ll always be happy to see you when you walk through the door, loves a cuddle and is basically a little teddy bear with legs. 🐶
