The space is cozy, modern, and well looked after.

Friendly, respectful, and keep the place clean. We love a chill night in, occasional dinners or game nights, and are open to socializing, but also value our own space. It’s not a party house, but we love good vibes and good chats.

About me:
I’m a full-time working professional in my mid-twenties. I’m clean, organized, and love a peaceful space where everyone feels comfortable and welcome. Evenings are usually spent working out (Pilates, running, or strength training), cooking, or winding down. On weekends, I’m either at the beach, exploring new cafes, watching movies, or out for fun night.
About the housemates:
• One of the current flatmates (also mid-twenties) is moving out to return home - you’d be taking over her lovely room. She’s warm, active, and works in Estate Management.
• The other two are friends from Paris (M, mid 20s)- both respectful, social, and here to experience Sydney life. One has a finance background, the other in sales. They love food, chats, and discovering new places around the city.
The home strikes a great balance between social and private. We respect each other’s space but also enjoy the occasional shared meal, chats, or a spontaneous plan.
