Short-Term Room Rental – Master Bedroom with Ensuite + Balcony | 28 June – 28 July
We’re heading overseas for a month and are offering our master bedroom for short-term rent while we’re away – from 28th June to 28th July.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with Kais, our lovely flatmate. She’s friendly, respectful, and very easygoing. She has her own bedroom and bathroom.
We’re looking for someone clean, responsible, and respectful to enjoy our home while we’re away.

Occupants Description
You’ll be sharing the apartment with our wonderful flatmate, Kais. She’s in her early 30s, works full-time, and is super easygoing, friendly, and respectful. We’ve lived together for a while and she’s a great housemate — clean, considerate, and independent.
We’ve created a calm and tidy home, and we’re looking for someone who will keep the good vibes going while we’re away!
• Stay dates: 28th June to 28th July (4 weeks only)
• No pets, sorry
• No kids
• Smoking only allowed on the balcony – strictly no smoking indoors
• Must be tidy in shared spaces and considerate of others
This is the perfect setup for someone needing a peaceful, comfortable base for a month in a convenient location close to the city.
