The bedroom can either be rented with furniture as seen in photo or without. We also rent the car space out and receive that payment once per month. The actual rent is $510 so either you can pay that amount and then receive half of the car space rent, or you can pay $480 and I hold onto the car space rent to put towards the apartment rent. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment so it's a nice space to yourself, no sharing of walls etc

Bus stops right outside the building that take you to Central, Redfern or down to Circular Quay. There's a big park across the road as well as Coles and Aldi, multiple cafes and food options all within walking distance.

Open to all sorts of people. I'm not a clean freak but I do expect my housemate to clean up after themselves. I do most of the cleaning as I have the dogs. I'm in my mid 30s so it's definitely not a party house but more than happy for my housemate to have friends over now and then and maybe share a meal together. Most importantly I'm looking for someone that will love my dogs as much as my current housemate does. You're not expected to look after them but just knowing they're in safe hands when I'm not home is enough
