Description of the home

My apartment looks across a peaceful, leafy, courtyard in the Waterloo enclave by Danks Street. I have recently refurnished the apartment, having just returned from working overseas.

Your room comes with a brand new, good quality queen bed, shelves and a bedside table. You have a bathroom to yourself right outside the room, and can walk out to the balcony. My room is on the other side of the living area - so you have privacy.

Included is a resident's gym, swimming pool, sauna and spa just across the road.

The building is well situated with all the facilities at your fingertips. The area is next door to Coles, pharmacies, restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores, with a bus stop outside the door, and green square station a short walk away. Surrounded by greenery and a small park, it is also easy walking and cycling to nearby Surry hills, Centennial Park, Moore Park Golf club and the tram to the city.
