Description of the home
Bright & airy space that’s ideal for two people to share, with a large living area and massive balcony. The bedrooms are at opposite sides of the apartment, each with their own bathroom for more privacy. The house is completely kitted out; all you need to bring is your bedroom furniture.
Oh, and we have access to a decent gym, a 25m pool, spa & sauna. Parking around here is free and easy to find. We’ve got a little shopping village within walking distance. Bus right on our doorstep and all forms of transport within walking distance.
We’re within walking distance to Surry Hills, Redfern, and the SCG and Centennial Park. Newtown is just 10 mins away by Uber. The CBD is a 20min bus ride.

Weekends are for gigs, meals out, walks, swims, pubs, and the occasional nap. I like to entertain now and then and have been known to throw a decent house party once a year, but I prefer to socialise out rather than in.
I've travelled and dived all over the world. I like to share a meal, a couple of glasses of wine, and a story or two.
I’d prefer to live with someone who’s looking for a home rather than just renting a room and a shelf on the fridge.
Easy to live with and want the same in a roomie.
Works FT, is reliable with rent and happy to pull your weight around the place without being asked.
Partners, friends and family welcome anytime, but ideally you don’t have a revolving roster of overnight visitors. :-)
Added bonus if you’re up for a shared meal or a thriller on Netflix every now then.
