Looking for a professional, clean and respectful flatmate who enjoys a calm and relaxed home environment. I’m generally in bed around 11pm, so ideally looking for someone with a similar lifestyle. I’m a runner, swimmer and enjoy keeping active.

The property is in an amazing location, a 5-minute walk from both Green Square Train Station and Waterloo Metro, and just one stop from Central Station. The area is lively and very safe, with supermarkets, restaurants and cafes close by.

I’m happy to have a chat or share the occasional meal, but also value personal space. I’m not really a party person, so I’d prefer someone who enjoys a quieter home and is considerate of the neighbours.

I also have a cat 🐱 She’s very quiet, very clean and honestly has very little interest in humans, so she mostly keeps to herself!
