Description of the home
Hi, I am renting out the spare bedroom in my apartment for a period of between 1 and 6 months. The room is available from 3 May until October (approx), with a minimum stay of 4 weeks. The bedroom is fully furnished with bedding sheets and towels included if required.
The apartment is in Waterloo/Redfern about 5 minutes walk to Redfern train station.
The apartment is spacious with a large balcony with bbq and outdoor furniture. Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board plus the usual kitchen accessories.
There is street parking available if required with no permit needed.

I like to socialise with friends at the weekend and invite friends to visit for food and drinks. I love cycling to the beach to swim and relax there. I’m also learning Spanish so if you are a Spanish speaker, we could help each other improve Spanish and English.
