This is a modest and comfortable three bedroom house featuring a shared kitchen and a courtyard.
The location is incredibly convenient with a bus stop right at the front door and three train stations all within 10 to 15 minutes walk away. Woolworths is located a two minute walk away with another shopping centre only 10 minutes walk.
There’s also a beautiful large park directly across the road. Ideal for exercise, walks, or simply enjoying some time in the sun.
The home is shared with Yuki a small Pomeranian who’s very friendly but also a great little guard dog. It’s important that any new housemate loves dogs and is comfortable around a small but occasionally yappy companion.
