This house is in an amazing location close to bondi junction. Just few mins walk to Bondi jn train station and Westfield, a stone's throw away from the beautiful Queens park and 20 mins walk to Bronte beach and Centennial park in a safe and quiet neighbourhood .

This is a fully furnished house and has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. It has two levels. The bottom floor has two large bedrooms, living room, shower with bath and a separate toilet, a large kitchen and laundry room with washing machine, dryer etc.
The top floor has its own living area and bedroom with ensuite and me and my girlfriend uses that space. The house also has a large backyard and outdoor area. The kitchen is also quite large and has everything you need. House also has nbn fast internet.

This is not a party house and we are making this a cozy home. If you are after a place with lot of space and very responsible and quiet housemates in stable jobs at an amazing location, this is the place for you.

Great location to go to the beach for a swim, run in the park or commute to the city with train station a few mins walk away.

The house has a 5 year old kelpie who loves pats, so dog lovers are welcome.
