No adjoining walls. 10min walk down to Bronte beach and pool. 🏖️ close to parks. Plenty of free offstreet parking. No permit needed. Few good shops and cafes close by. Woolworths is a 5min walk away. Good bus options to get to Bondi Junction and trains from there if needed.
