Hey there! We are looking for our next flatmate to be part of our home in waverton 🌊🌴

About the apartment:

Full of light, fresh air, nature, and beautiful views!

Location: Waverton, 3 min walk to the train station, 12min train ride to town hall 🚂

Your room: big windows, double wardrobe, a bathroom next to you🪟🌞

✨We have an organized cleaning schedule for the apartment and bathroom because we LOVE a clean fresh space (hopefully you too) 🧼🧽

Us:

You will share the apartment with 3 amazing people: Alvi, Rhyan and Lola. Early 30’s, respectful, friendly, very clean and tidy. Alvi is a finance girl, super smart, loves the gym and outdoor activities. Rhyan is an amazing musician with a non-regular schedule, that means lots of work, rarely at home. And Lola is the zen part of the house, a yoga teacher that loves nature and good food.

About you:

Mature and responsible with a regular schedule out of the house (Lola practices yoga at home so she needs a quiet and still environment during the daytime).

We would love to share the apartment with someone kind, friendly and considerate, open to have a chat or share a meal from time to time but also enjoys their own space and downtime

We like to keep the space peaceful and intimate so we kindly ask that visitors be kept to the minimum

Extra details:

*$350 per week, (bills and wifi excluded)
*2 weeks bond
*Rent paid fortnightly
*3 months min. stay
*The room is for ONE person only
*Not WFH
*No smoking
*No pets
*Not a party house
