Hey there! We are looking for a new lovely flatmate to be part of our amazing apartment.

About your new home:

The place is light-filled, fresh air, nature, beautiful views, cafés and nice restaurants

Location: Waverton, 3 min walk to the train station, 12min train to town hall 🚂

Your room: big windows, double wardrobe, a bathroom next to you🪟🌞

About us:

You will share the apartment with 3 amazing people Alvi, Rhyan and Lola. Late 20’s/early 30’s, respectful, friendly, very clean and tidy.

About you:

-The room is just for ONE person only. We’re looking for someone ideally in their early 30’s, that has a full time job with a regular schedule (I work from home so I need a quiet and still environment from 9-5)

We want someone mature, friendly, respectful and considerate that likes to take care of their own and shares spaces.
We have to be at the same page about the cleaning and maintenance of the house and shared chores.

*$350 per week, (bills and wifi excluded)
*2 weeks bond
*Rent paid fortnightly
*3 months min. stay
*Not WFH
*No smoking
*No pets
*Not a party house
