The cottage is where i raised my family but it has been a longterm rental since ~2010.
I am resuming a casual share arrangement while i do " stuff" for the property which is external and/ or utilities based.
I work FT.

Love live music and festivals.
I am a " mature" aged person.. yep over 41 😁
I love being in nature and reasonably fit.
Happy to share a cuppa and a a meal occasionally. Although I love eating, I am not too keen on the prep.
