Fully furnished large bedroom with massive built-in wardrobe with your private access to bathroom balcony. The room includes a new queen bed and two bedside tables. All bills are included.

The freshly refurbished apartment includes large kitchen and living room downstairs, 3 balconies, two bedrooms and two bathrooms at the upper level.

Minutes walk from Marina Square shopping centre, shops, restaurants, cafes, ferry and supermarkets, river walks and the most amazing park walks, jogging and cycling paths.

Excellent public transport:
- One minute walk to the free shuttle bus connecting Wentworth Point shopping centre, Rhodes shopping centre, bus stops, ferry wharf, and Rhodes station. Regular buses also frequent with the bus stop right in front of our building; everything is walking distance, buses are just an option;
- Downstairs our building are the bus stops. It takes a couple of minutes by bus to get to Rhodes station; we normally walk to Rhodes station, it takes just between 15 and 20 minutes;
- Ferry, buses and trains connect you to anywhere you need to go to; public transport is excellent in this area.

Sport facilities:
As a tenant, you will have exclusive access to The Pulse at a discounted fee of about $15 per week (to be paid directly to The Pulse, not to us). This includes a resort-style outdoor swimming pool, an indoor swimming pool, fully equipped gym, two tennis courts and a large range of social activities.
