Fully furnished - freshly painted large bedroom with massive built-in wardrobe with your private access to bathroom balcony. The room includes a new queen bed, two bedside tables and reverse cycle air-conditioning system. All bills are included.

The freshly refurbished apartment includes large kitchen and living room downstairs, 3 balconies, two bedrooms and two bathrooms at the upper level.

Minutes walk from Marina Square shopping centre, shops, restaurants, cafes, ferry and supermarkets, river walks and the most amazing park walks, jogging and cycling paths.

Excellent public transport:
- One minute walk to the free shuttle bus connecting Wentworth Point and Rhodes shopping centre, bus stops, ferry wharf, and Rhodes station. Buses come very frequently with route 533 and 526, with the bus stop right in front of our building; everything is walking distance, buses are just an option: it takes a few minutes by bus to get to Rhodes or Olympic Park station;
- Ferry, buses and trains connect you to anywhere you need to go to; public transport is excellent in this area.

Sport facilities:
As a tenant, you will have exclusive access to The Pulse at a discounted fee of about $15 per week (to be paid directly to The Pulse, not to us). This includes a resort-style outdoor swimming pool, an indoor swimming pool, fully equipped gym, sauna, tennis courts and a large range of social activities.
