Are you looking for a quiet spacious space that’s also probably the most convenient spot in the suburb? Then look no further.
This 2B2B at Wentworth Point is located just across the street from the local mall that has the super markets, anytime fitness, a vast range of restaurants/bar, the community library and a pretty good spa if you need one after a long week. The bus stop for the free shuttle to Rhodes/ other buses around the city is also right under the house so connectivity from here is pretty good. Bonus if you’re a cat lover, cause there’s a cat cafe downstairs with pretty cute inhabitants.

I am looking for someone who knows how to communicate, is clean, reliable and responsible. Someone who respects that the common area is for the both of us and doesn’t encroach with personal items.

This is also not a party house. But you’re more than welcome to have your friends over for a hangout as I’d love to meet new people through you. Pets are also welcome.
