• $450 per week for couples (extra $50 for additional occupant)

- 3 minute walk to bus stop for express services to Town Hall (30-35 minute ride)

If you walk or take public transport:
- 10 minute walk to West Ryde Station and the West Ryde Marketplace which has a Woolworths, Coles, medical centres, post-office, gyms and cafes.
- 15 minute walk to Ryde/Meadowbank TAFE
