The home is a brand new townhouse in a quiet residential area with excellent access to public transport, shopping and outdoor recreation. Meadowbank and West Ryde train stations are both approximately a 15-minute walk away, or around 6 minutes by bike, with secure bicycle lockers available at the station. Central Station is approximately 25 minutes away by train, Macquarie University is around 15 minutes away, and Rhodes is just 3 minutes from West Ryde Station. Parra and Top Ryde City Shopping Centre are also easily accessible by bus.

Woolworths and Coles are approximately 700 metres away, with cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, Officeworks, West Ryde Library and other everyday amenities nearby. Meadowbank Park, tennis courts and the Parramatta River walking and cycling paths are all within easy reach. Off-street parking is also available.

The house is clean, comfortable and fully furnished, with ducted air conditioning throughout and unlimited internet included. Shared living areas include a comfortable lounge, laundry room, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor patio area. The home has a main bathroom as well as an ensuite attached to my bedroom, which means the main bathroom is rarely in demand and is generally available when needed. There is also a private grassed backyard, providing additional space to relax outside. The kitchen has a dishwasher, plenty of storage available for pantry items, and shared use of household appliances including an air fryer, espresso machine and rice cooker.

The home is shared with one friendly indoor cat, and air purifiers are used throughout the house. Utilities and internet are included in the weekly rent.
