Description of the home

Living room has a couch enough for 3 to sit on if they are of average weight. Fridge, microwave provided. The bedroom that you will take has mirrored BIR and the apartment has carpet over the entire floor apart from bathroom, toilet and kitchen. There is a balcony in the living room and intercom. You can use the Lock Up garage for a small extra fee of 20 dollars per week. There is an air mattress and a pump that the previous flatmate left for you, they were brand new, I saw him buying, yet I cannot guarantee any works.

I am an independent researcher, white, Christian, married, husband in the US, and I am looking for a Christian too. The room is only for one and the place is for non-smokers and you cannot do drugs or have drugs in it. All very placid, next to the train and bus stops. Across the railway, there is a small supermarket and pub. Some five minutes by feet later there is Subway and O Porto, along with others, such as restaurant. All very nice, park next door. A plenitude tree to stare at if you stay in the living room. I like conversing but only if you like listening to argumentation, also presenting, and you can give it to me if we prove your argumentation has flaws that are unfixable. I currently do research in Logic and Criminology. I love getting to know of things I don't know yet.

Bills and expenses

All bills are included in the 400 per week. We used to have a cleaner but now expenses are too high for me, so that we will have to find a way of cleaning all ourselves. I am not very demanding, though, just keeping it bearable is enough care.
