I have a double storey house and renting share accommodation the upstairs rooms with kitchen lounge bathroom, 2 balconies own entrances looking out over a lush green garden. Total privacy, The house has been going through renos and a lot is new now and sound proofed. so very peaceful and all rooms have great light and view of garden. OH no sub woofers, You will be sharing with one other male, I live dowstairs in a self contained studio.I am looking for a fully employed male. Clean and house trained. Friendly with a sense of humour would be good as you are sharing with one other. Must be fully respectful of others living in a shared situation.
I wont be accepting work from home applicants. The room has internet and television facilities as do all the other rooms, Block out curtains and very peaceful for a good nights sleep.
