Hi, we have a private room available in our 3-bedroom apartment in Wolli Creek starting from July 10th. You will be living with one guy (Chilean) and one girl (Thai), both working full-time in corporate jobs.

-built-in wardrobe
-You will be sharing the bathroom with the girl
-room is unfurnished
-The size of the room is approx 3.10 m x 3.10 m.

Location:
-8min walk to Wolli Creek station
-5min walk to Woolies, Aldi / Plus Fitness Apartment includes:
-Fully equipped kitchen. We have an air fryer, juicer, blender, etc that you can use
-Internal laundry (washer and dryer)
-This apartment also includes an indoor pool, gym and sauna!

Rent:
-$350 / week not including bills. We pay rent weekly
-Internet, electricity and water will be split by 3.
- 4 week bond

We are looking for someone clean, respectful and easygoing. We love hanging out but also enjoy our downtime alone. We work from home most days so someone who's not too noisy, minimal partying.

Summary of Fourth: -25 -UNSW graduate, working full-time -Loves gymming, hiking and tennis (anything active really). And karaoke -Don't cook much but trying to get into the habit of cooking more
