I am moving into a beautiful 2-bedroom apartment in Wolli Creek at the end of June. It will be fleshly carpeted, freshly painted, and all maintenance carried out so the place will be like-new!

It is split-level apartment, so our bedrooms have complete separation. I will be upstairs with my bedroom and bathroom, and your bedroom and bathroom are tucked away behind the kitchen which separates you from the living space.

At the end of the living area, there is a terrace balcony with city views and a lovely green outlook.

I will be purchasing and installing all new appliances (fridge, washing machine, dryer, etc) and the entire apartment will be set up ready to move into.

There is a secure underground car space for you, with your own storage locker as well.

The apartment is less than 200m from Wolli Creek train station, as well as Woollies, Aldi, Dan Murphys, and all the restaurants and shops and businesses in the Wolli Creek area. It is incredibly central.

Residents at Discovery Point also get access to 3 gyms, 3 pools, a movie room, and community rooms within the complex!

I am looking for a non-smoker, someone who can leave the common areas (especially the kitchen!) exactly as they found them when they arrived, ie. no leaving dirty dishes in the sink please! This apartment would suit a working professional or a full time student.
