Hi! We have a bright, fully furnished room in our secure gated community on Lusty St for $550/wk*, including all bills, NBN, and a monthly professional cleaner (if and when required). You’ll share the home with a queer couple (one is a University Lecturer and the other is a CBA Change Manager). While we have the ensuite, you will have your own private bathroom and shower right next to your bedroom door. The house is fully air-conditioned and features a modern kitchen with a dishwasher and a living room with a projector for movies. Amenities include parking, swimming pool, gym, and secure parcel access.

We are social and happy to watch shows together, but we are also very "introvert-friendly" and respect your privacy. Friends are welcome as long as they aren't noisy or messy. We have a vaccinated rabbit and a trained pigeon; we clean after the pets daily and take full responsibility for them, so you aren't expected to help (though you’re welcome to play with them!) We’re 10 minutes from the station with parking available. We’re happy to do in-person inspections, video call for a virtual tour and a chat whenever you're ready!
