The sun drenched apartment is located on the top floor with a great view of the harbour. We are a 3 minute walk to Wollstonecraft Station and a 10 minute walk to Crows Nest shops, restaurants and cafes.
The apartment is fully furnished with a modern bathroom (and separate toilet), gas kitchen and internal laundry (with a washing machine and dryer).

Monica's shift work requires a level of flexibility and understanding from everyone. We're looking for a new housemate who can respect the differing schedules and appreciate a quieter home environment when needed.
We are very easy going and usually out and about, but are always happy to come together when we are home to catch up and share a laugh.
Everyone contributes to keeping our space tidy and organised. We also have a cleaner each fortnight to assist in maintaining our home. If you value cleanliness and are comfortable with shared responsibilities, you'll fit right in.
