About occupants
I'm a 37yo female, working in the field of social work/counselling. I work full time and WFH most days.

I have a dog and cat, so loving animals is very important. I enjoy socialising and having a glass or two of wine, but also enjoy my own downtime.

I love hiking, gaming, yoga, reading, being in nature doing pretty much anything. I'm a very social introvert, so I love a good chat but I also need alone time to recharge.

I'd love to live with someone who feels comfortable to call the apartment home. I'm very easy going and encourage any changes/enhancements you'd ever want to make. I value peoples privacy and alone time (and also need it myself), but would like to live with someone who I can connect with and hang out with - not a flatmate who is disconnected and a stranger.
Compatible people
I'm looking for a likeminded house mate, preferably in their 30s but am flexible. Someone who loves animals, this is non-negotiable. Someone who also enjoys the occasional glass of wine and who is quiet, clean and respectful.

I am a yogi and spend a lot of my spare time at the yoga studio or hiking.

I do like to travel. While I can arrange for pet sitters to help with the animals while I'm away, it would be nice to have someone who doesn't mind helping out on occasion. I'm open to reducing rent during these times and means you don't have to deal with the intrusion of pet sitters 😊
Description of pets
I have an 8yo chow chow named Chewy and a 13yo cat called Tinkerbell. They are both very sweet, but aloof and do their own thing. It's important to me that you treat and respect them as you would your own.
