My friend Lucy (27) me (26) and Shaye (24) are looking for a 4th housemate. We have a lovely house in Bondi junction only a 3 min walk from Westfield/Train and Bus Station. The room would probably suit a boy as it’s more a boy den or someone looking for shorter term! It’s down on the first floor but has its own toilet and shower but defo needs a bit of TLC hence the cheap rent :-)
