I am pretty easy going, social, independent, active (gym, walks/hiking...if you play tennis, that's a bonus) and being a creative, I am of course into all things artsy and music...and I love learning and taking on new hobbies.
So... if you're currently geeking about something...teach me! My current hobby is all things Wine as I'm currently researching a wine show (research, of course). So triple bonus points if you have fun...or useless facts about anything wine related.
Depending on when you sublet, my partner may be around for a few weeks before he jets off to Europe. He works in Tech, and he's pretty down to earth, and geeks out on Music and tennis.
Overall, I'm easygoing, respectful of space, and keep a calm, positive home environment. What I value most about sharing space with someone is communication, transparency and the sense of community. Even though it's a temporary sublet...I want you to feel at home x
