Home Description
Description of the home
We're looking to rent out a large bedroom available in a classic 4 bedroom terrace house located in Woolloomooloo, just a short walk from Kings Cross station.
The house features polished concrete in the main kitchen/dining room which opens up to two courtyards perfect for entertaining. The main living room is large, has great storage and wooden floorboards.
House is very large with heaps of space to be able to work from home if you need to, you will never feel like you are living on top of each other. We all have our own work/study area either in our room or downstairs.
We're in an awesome location that is conveniently close to everything e.g. public transport, gyms, restaurants, the city & the water is only walking distance away, so no need for a car. If you do have a car it is quite easy and relatively cheap to organise a parking permit so you can utilise on-street parking.

I'm Gordon, a 42 yr old IT professional working in the city. Originally from outback WA but been based in Sydney for 10 years now. During the week I work pretty much standard office hours and like to go to the gym, watch TV and play Xbox to unwind. On weekends I usually goes out to explore Sydney and do some amazing coastal and bush walks around the city. I'm also really big on travel and love to whenever I can.
Justin is 39 and currently working full-time as Junior Creative Director at a retail marketing agency in Marrickville, and also does some casual cafe work on the weekends at his local gym. He enjoys early mornings so you very rarely see him in the morning excluding days off but he still has an early starts on those days too. His interests consist of exercise, music, reading, socialising, and entertaining. He's a very clean and organised person when it comes to general day to day living arrangements and very respectful to the other housemates.
Stevie is 27 and works in medical policy, generally working 9-5 hours during the week. He is also currently doing his masters part-time online. Outside of work he is pretty laid back and spends his time hiking, going to the beach, reading or socialising. He moved in Feb 2021 and has settled in really well - very happy to be social but also happy to give people space when needed.
